Every call your shop misses is a job your competitor books.
BRAND is a bilingual AI front desk for HVAC and plumbing companies across the United States. It answers the calls you can't — nights, weekends, and when every tech is on a job — in English and Spanish, books the job into your calendar, and follows up so estimates don't die. You keep doing the work. We make sure the phone never loses it for you.
The problem, in dollars
Industry research on tens of millions of home-service calls (Invoca) found that home-service businesses miss about 27% of their inbound calls, and each missed call represents roughly $1,200 in lost revenue — because most callers who hit voicemail never call back. They just dial the next company on Google.

nights, weekends, holidays — your front desk answers in under two seconds, in English or Spanish.
Do your own math: if your shop gets 150 calls a month and misses a quarter of them, that's about 37 customers who wanted to hire you — and quietly hired someone else.
What the package includes
One fixed package — no custom projects, no surprises.
- 24/7 bilingual answering — voice, text, and WhatsApp, in English and Spanish
- Missed-call text-back — a missed call gets a text in under a minute, before the customer calls your competitor
- Real booking — qualified jobs go straight into your calendar, with the customer's name, address, and problem confirmed back to them
- Estimate follow-up — polite, automatic follow-up on quotes you already sent, until the customer answers yes or no
- Review requests — after each completed job, customers get a simple ask for a Google review
- Monthly report in dollars — calls answered, jobs booked, and what those jobs are worth. One page. No tech talk.
How it works
We set it up for you (3–5 days)
Your services, your prices, your service area, your rules for emergencies. You test it in English and Spanish before a single customer hears it.
You forward the calls you can't take
Keep your business number. Missed, overflow, and after-hours calls come to your AI front desk; calls you answer yourself are untouched.
You get booked jobs + a monthly report
Jobs appear in your calendar and you get a text the moment one books. Once a month you see exactly what it booked you, in dollars.
Try it right now — live demo
Don't take our word for it. Call the demo line and try to book an A/C repair, in English or Spanish, at any hour. It's a demo line for a fictional HVAC company — the same experience your customers would get.
If it can book you, it can book them.
Pricing — simple, in writing
30-Day Pilot
one time, to start
We build your front desk, run it live for 30 days, and send you the report: calls answered, jobs booked, dollar value. If the numbers don't justify continuing, you stop — no long contract.
Full Service
month-to-month after the pilot — no setup fee
Everything built during your pilot stays on: answering, booking, estimate follow-up, review requests, monitoring, and your monthly report in dollars. Cancel with 30 days' notice. No multi-year anything.
One extra booked job a month covers the cost for most shops. Your pilot report tells you whether it's doing that — in writing.
Honest questions, honest answers
Is this a robot answering my customers' calls?
It's an AI assistant, and it says so. Its first line tells callers it's an automated assistant and that the call may be recorded — Florida law requires everyone's consent to record, and your customers deserve to know. Most routine calls — booking, rescheduling, approved pricing questions — it handles start to finish. It never pretends to be a person.
What about emergencies?
The AI is not an emergency service and never tries to handle danger itself. On anything urgent or dangerous — a gas smell, flooding, no A/C with an elderly person or a baby in the house, by the rules you set — the caller is told to call 911 or their utility if they're in danger, and your on-call number is alerted instantly by phone and text.
What if a caller insists on a human, or the AI gets stuck?
It transfers to your number, or takes a detailed message and texts it to you as urgent — your rules, set at setup. If it misunderstands a caller twice, it stops and hands off. It never argues and never guesses.
Do I have to change my phone number or software?
No. You keep your number and your software — Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Google Calendar. We connect to what you run, or set up a simple calendar if you run on paper.
What languages?
English and Spanish, and the caller chooses just by speaking. Across US Hispanic markets, callers switch languages mid-sentence; the system keeps up.
How do I pay? Is there a contract?
Right here on this page, by card, through Stripe: the $500 pilot to start, then $495/month only if you continue after seeing your pilot report. No setup fee. Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days' notice.
Where are the testimonials and reviews?
There aren't any on this page, on purpose. This is a new service and we won't invent happy customers. The demo line and your own 30-day pilot report are the proof — judge us on numbers from your shop, not quotes from strangers.
Who is behind this?
A US-based business (LEGAL ENTITY, operating as BRAND) that builds and runs the system for you — setup, monitoring, and your monthly report are handled by real people you can reach, in English or Spanish.
